Photo-A-Day Challenge, May 2012, Part 3

Hey guys,

Time to share more photos from my Photo-A-Day Challenge. :) I've really enjoyed taking more pictures and this has helped me to do so. I plan to continue taking more pictures, but I probably won't be doing one of these next month.

This was taken in Athens at a Jittery Joe's. I love any place where I can get a good drink, a lovely atmosphere, and great decor! :)  And great conversation or be able to sit and read a good book!

Water! Especially today! I can't get enough!

My wonderful husband is such an inspiration. He is unafraid to go after his dreams and I love how genuine and honest he is. He encourages me and believes in me when I feel like nobody else does!

I love the smell of honeysuckles and am blessed that they are everywhere here. :)

Photo-A-Day Challenge, May 2012

Hey guys,

As I said in yesterday's post, I'm participating in the Photo-A-Day Challenge for the month of May. So I thought it would be nice to share with you all the photos from this week. :)

Photo A Day Challenge

Day 1. Peace

Day 3. Something you wore today

As you can see Day 1 was a toughie! It was also the bad day I mentioned before...so not all that creative.

Day 2 was a more fun picture, I got to take a picture of the sun as it was setting. It was a partly cloudy day.

Day 3 (yesterday) I did my nails...aren't they cute?! I chose something bright and cheery for spring/summer. :)

My sweet puppy enjoying time with her daddy by the fire. This was our first fire in the fireplace of our new home. :)

Yep, that's me! Not the greatest picture in the world, but found it in my old elementary school yearbook! I was in the second or third grade, time seriously flies!

My wonderful husband completed his first week of training for his new job. So proud of him! <3

I don't care how cheesy it is, my husband is my best friend. Whenever the rest of the world is bringing me down, this man can help turn it right side up. Thank you, God for giving me the perfect best friend. <3

This honey pot belonged to my great-great grandmother. It's an heirloom I will always cherish and am proud to own. :)

Sophie was a happy or not so happy model for this picture. I thought this turned out pretty well, especially since I'm not the greatest at using one hand....lol.

My lesson for Medical Transcription. The current bane of my existence.

Photo Challenge Monday (except for it's Thursday)

Hey everyone!

Today I'm linking up with Ms. Lesley at Fabulously Flawed for her fun Photo Challenge. I usually recap on my weekends on Monday, so I'm doing mine today. That's the great thing about this challenge, it's incredibly flexible, you can link up as many pics as you want and you don't have to be a professional photographer! My hubby got me these Christmas books, perfect for decorating and one day sharing with our kiddo(s). :)

Day 7: Something Funny

I don't like sushi, but this gives me the giggles. :) I'm not sure if you can tell, but it says: "This is how we roll."

Day 8: Favorite Color

My favorite color is plum and I love this candle! :)

Day 9: Inspiring Person

My mom, she has been through so much in her life and she keeps pushing on. She is such a strong woman and I hope I can be half as amazing as she is.
