If you are anything like me, you probably are not enthusiastic when it comes to exercise. I have come to the conclusion that I HATE it. I love the rush of endorphins afterwards. I love feeling better about myself and that sense of accomplishment, but it takes ALOT to get me there. I read an article recently from Good Housekeeping that helped me to realize that I'm not alone. http://www.goodhousekeeping.com/health/wellness/benefits-of-exercise
This article gives practical advice to those of us who are exercise phobes. ;) It also helped me to realize that alot of my issues with exercise are related to how I perceive exercise. (

ReplyDeleteI'm in the same boat as you, it's just starting it that's the hard part but I feel good once I do it
ReplyDeleteOh, I feel the same way! Although right now I am doing physical therapy because of my injury so I actually am doing a 'bit' of exercise. ;) I always feel good afterwards but, to start is always hard!!!
ReplyDeleteAww. What do you do when you workout? Maybe you should change it up a bit so you don't hate it so much :) :)
