I hope you all are having a lovely day! The weather here feels AHH-MAZING! It finally feels like fall! I'm pretty thrilled, if you can tell. ;)
Before I begin with the favorites of the week, I have to say this has been one crazy week! I won't go through the whole run through, but here's a couple of highlights. John came home Tuesday night and told me that the belts on our car had shredded. Thankfully, the car is up and running properly now! Last night, I was playing with Sophie and she jumped up and some how hit my nose. I thought it was bleeding and immediately ran to the bathroom...it was throbbing pretty bad. I now have a scratch above my lip and a small bruise on my nose.

John and I went with my mother and sister to Sam's Club today, we joked that John was beating me...I know that's horrible and not to be joked about, but it was our snarky attempt at humor.
Anyway, we got some good deals there and it was about lunch time when we got home, so I began cooking us a quick lunch. I was walking across the kitchen floor and slipped on some water, one leg went right out in front of me and the other knee hit the ground...HARD! I also hit my elbow...more bruises to come and I'm definitely sore! The water was from Sophie, she is a messy drinker and I normally have a towel laid out for her mess...not today. :( I think she has it out for me. ;) In all seriousness, it's almost like she knows she's been "bad." She's nestled up to me as I type this. lol It will be interesting to return to the doctor's on Monday, John might have some explaining to do. ;)

I'm officially addicted to Pinterest. The Facebook addiction has definitely been replaced!
I also started playing Angry Birds this week, thanks to my husband! ;)
After my doctor's appointment, we went by Rite aid to pick up my prescription. I browsed their fall decor and got a pumpkin candle for 2.00...it smells wonderful! :)

ReplyDeleteI just found pinterest too! It really is addicting! I have found lots of new recipes I want to try and the photos make me want to get a fancy camera and take a photography class, haha!
