Share your thoughts on saving money:

Hey everyone!

I hope everyone had a great weekend. There is not much to report here, so I thought I would do a different post today.

Since I've been married, (almost three years in August...seriously can't believe it!) I've tried really hard to find new and creative ways to save money. Today I thought I would use this post to learn how all of my bloggy friends save money..? Do you use coupons? Do you have favorite websites? Do you enjoy free samples? (I know, I do) So please feel free to help a sister out! ;) I'd love to hear from you and maybe in me posting this, you can learn something new too! (I'm sure we can all use the help with grocery prices and gas prices going up!)

***I know I owe you guys a garden update. I'll do my best to post that tomorrow!***

22. Why are you, you?

This reminds me of a Dr. Seuss quote:

"Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You."
— Dr. Seuss (Happy Birthday to You!)

God created me as a unique individual. Just like there are no two snowflakes alike, so there are no two people alike. I love that! I may not always love who I am, but I am thankful that we are all not just alike. It keeps the world interesting and teaches us a willingness to learn about different people.

  1. I'm not a coupon clipper but I do look for sales in grocery store flyers. I am terrible though and spend more money than I should.

My anniversary is in August, also. Congrats on the kinda upcoming big day!

  3. I have so many tips and tricks, I've got a half blog post written on it. My first tips are always to research the lowest prices before I buy.

Googling for coupons works really well.

Also, I shop at stores that offer types of rewards like Kohls instead of Target. Kohls offers coupons and gives you Kohls cash to spend later. Can't beat that!
